GETTING YOUR HEALTH CARD
Health Cards are issued by the office of the Division of Environmental Health Services at the Department of Health.
Health Cards are a required to work in the following industries: food service, childcare, beauty, barbers, spas, nail salons, and massage parlors. A Health Card is proof that you do not carry any parasitic diseases, based on stool sample test results from a certified lab.
